Is there a travel fee?
Our core service area is the Greater Springfield area and Northern Connecticut. We also travel farther, including to Hartford and Worcester, and a travel fee applies beyond the core area. See the areas we serve.
Which package should I pick?
If the listing needs clean MLS photos, start with Photos. If it has land, a pool or a view, add the drone. If you want to stand out on social media, start with a video package. Our guide to photos versus video can help you decide.
