Full Frame Media LLC ("Full Frame Media," "we," "us") provides real estate photography, video and related media services in Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the subject of your inquiry and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the information you share with us.
Booking information. When you book a shoot, you do so through our order form, which is provided by our booking and delivery platform, Aryeo. When you book a headshot session, you may do so through Wix Bookings. Those services collect the details needed to schedule and complete your booking, such as your name, contact information, property address and payment details. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Technical information. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages they view and which buttons they click.
