Both come from the same drone, but they do different jobs. Choosing between them comes down to the property and where the listing will be seen.
Aerial photos are the right choice when you need still images for the MLS and portals. They show the lot, the roofline, the pool, the driveway and how the home sits among its neighbors. They also work on every platform, including print.
Aerial video moves the buyer across the property. It is especially good for homes with land, water, views or a long approach, where a single still cannot show the scale. It works best inside a listing video or a social reel, where it opens the story and sets the scene.
Our drone work is FAA-licensed. Photos + Drone starts at $349 and is priced by size. Aerial footage can also be included with our video packages. Read our guide to whether a drone helps a listing, see pricing or book a shoot.
