A good listing video does not need a long script. It needs a clear order. Use this structure and fill in the details for each home.
Open with the most striking thing about the home, in one line. A drone reveal, a view or a standout room all work.
Name two or three features buyers care about, such as an updated kitchen, a private yard or a first-floor primary suite.
Mention the town and what is close by. This is where aerial footage helps.
Give the key facts: bedrooms, baths and anything unusual. Keep numbers short and accurate.
Tell viewers what to do next, such as call you, visit the open house or message you for a private showing.
A reel can work in under a minute. Our packages include video and reels, and Signature Listing adds scripting and direction. See packages.
